I renewed my annual subscription on Dec 22nd and their app still gives me renew prompts and CTAs, blocking the premium section. Their customer support is notoriously bad, they suggest perfunctory fixes like reinstalling app or logging out and logging in. You would expect a better customer experience after paying over 5k for an annual subscription but VCCircle team just doesnt care enough about neither their customers nor the customer experience they offer. I’m never renewing it.
