Worthless app which doesn't have useful UI and also pages don't open in app. There is zero update in app in last 2 years. ### 1/5 — App doesn’t work! *2020-06-17, version 2.6.1* I can see the landing page but none of the articles open upon clicking on them. I renewed my annual subscription on Dec 22nd and their app still gives me renew prompts and CTAs, blocking the premium section. Their customer support is notoriously bad, they suggest perfunctory fixes like reinstalling app or logging out and logging in. You would expect a better customer experience after paying over 5k for an annual subscription but VCCircle team just doesnt care enough about neither their customers nor the customer experience they offer. I’m never renewing it. Save your money and dont buy their subscription. ### 1/5 — Fraudulent App. *2024-02-21, version 3.9* I’ve been Unable to access my paid subscription since Mar-2023 due to a bug in their website/App. No contact number on their website or App. Contact us form is dysfunctional.
