Their customers support became fraud in recent year . I signed up quaterly subcription on simulator with 89.99 USD on 1 May 2022. I forgot to cancel subcription within 3 months. Their website auto-charged from my bank account on 29 Jul. Instead of charging me 89.99 $ for renewal fee, They charged me double (179++ ). And I reached out to (support at avanset.com) 3 times within 5 days, they never reply to me even though their website claims that they will support within 12 hours. I immediately requested for a refund 17 minutes later only to get a response this morning that the money is not refundable. The app is a simple reader software of the answers dumps found free on the web from community or collections sites. This company not only charges crazy prices but also you can’t purchase for a month only. If you want to take an exam and take a break until the next one, it’s a complete waste of money. In my opinion they would be making more money if they gave people the opportunity to buy cheaper subscriptions as more people would use it. It’s a complete monopoly, strange that no other simulators are available. Now I check back and it’s $89/month. Almost 3 times. And they have this lying marketing about, “ you saved 60%. No this is greed... you didn’t save 30 or 60%. It’s way to expensive for just an app with basic configurations. For the price, there needs to be far greater customization. ### 2/5 — Money grubbers *2019-12-08* I have both a Windows desktop, and an iPad. For the Windows version, I can get a “discount”. When I inquired about a discount for the iPad version, I was told it was already discounted. How is that possible? It is the SAME price as the desktop BEFORE the discount. When I pointed this out, I was told in not so polite, and very short terms, there were no discounts for the IOS app. Period. So here I sit, debating whether to buy ANY of their products.
