We provide a way for eligible members to access behavioral and medical services when it’s not easy to find a therapist or physician nearby or when struggling to fit appointments into a busy schedule. Online visits allow you to see licensed providers from the comfort of your own home. Depending on your plan, you’ll be connected to our national network of licensed therapists and/or board-certified physicians who can treat 80+ common medical conditions. You can meet with therapists or physicians through our secure, live video connection through the app designed to be a private, secure, HIPAA-compliant platform using your laptop, smartphone, or tablet. Absolutely, and we encourage you to find a therapist that you feel comfortable with so you can build the trust you need to work through your difficulties. Physicians are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year including holidays. CAN I GET A PRESCRIPTION? If the physician believes medication is warranted, he or she can write a prescription for non-narcotic medications, which can be sent electronically to your preferred pharmacy.
