## What is VClub Team?

VClub Team is the work app for VClub's staff and for the staff of VClub's service partner. VClub is a chalet booking platform in Kuwait. This app is where its team does the day's work: following up chalets, cleaning after check-out, and preparing service orders.

FOR INVITED STAFF ONLY
VClub's administrator creates every account. There is no sign-up in the app. Sign in with the phone number VClub added for you and a 6-digit code sent to you on WhatsApp. Each person sees only the areas that belong to their job.

LEADS (sales team)
• Your list of chalets to contact, with stage, priority and the next follow-up
• See at a glance what is due today and what is overdue
• Log a WhatsApp message, a call, an Instagram message or a visit in one tap, and add a note
• Keep working without a connection: your changes send when you are back online
• The manager also sees the team's work in Activity

CLEANING (cleaning crew)
• Check-outs for today and the coming days, grouped by day, with the check-out time
• See when the next guest arrives if it is the same day
• Mark a chalet cleaned once the guest has checked out, or undo it
• Open the chalet's location in Maps, or call about it

ORDERS (catering and birthday-setup staff)
• Each order with the chalet, the day, what was ordered and the time it should be ready by
• Move each order forward in three steps: Seen, then Ready, then Delivered
• New, changed, short-notice and cancelled orders are clearly marked

ALERTS
• Sales: a follow-up reminder every morning at 10:00
• Cleaning: the morning list at 8:00 on days with check-outs
• Orders: an alert when an order is new, changed or cancelled
You choose whether to allow notifications.

PRIVACY
• The cleaning and order lists show the chalet, the times and the booking number. They never show a guest's name or phone number.
• Unlock the app with Face ID. You can turn it off in Me.
• Your account is managed by VClub. To change your name or number, contact VClub.

ARABIC AND ENGLISH
Switch the language at any time in Me.
