Fingers crossed it doesn’t cost me an overdraft fee. Then when you need to fix it suddenly everyone is unavailable. My husband and I are currently locked out of our banking app so we have no way to see our current balance. Thanks. I don’t want an email address! Why would I want an email that is full of scammers and advertising. Although sometimes that’s equally frustrating. But I can never login on the app I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it. It does not matter. In fact, the bank’s website is just as bad. I have never, not once, been able to log into the app or website without going through an exceedingly frustrating process to reset my password. EVERY SINGLE TIME. And I’m not talking about simple resets. I’m talking about repeatedly being locked out of my account, my saved password not working, etc. Paying my mortgage each month is literally rage inducing. I had reservations about banking with this company specifically because of the online issues I’d had with a previous account. I have and continue to have accounts with more well known banks, and have never had an issue with their apps or websites. ### 1/5 — Fraud *2025-11-07* I would not recommend this bank at all. I got $3800 stolen from this bank. If Fidelity can manage to keep the fingerprint ID working from update to update, I should hope that you can too. No one else has my fingerprint. It’s not a security “feature”.
