This app is terrible. Please update and resolved. Our production staff can no longer use this app and is forced to switch.

Great in terms of functionality, but a couple of big bugs: the Call Notification key forces you back to the page it’s on when someone keys into you. The headset only option is nice but when the headset isn’t plugged in, it shows a message that covers all the keys and doesn’t allow you to get into the settings to disable it. When you rotate the iPad, then rotate it back, it changes the number of keys per row/column, and you have to log out and back in to reset it.

At last they have a client for Apple!  Seems to work very well. Same as a PC client. Will be using it on a massive twelve city show in October. More to come.
