I don’t k ow because there are no error messages or helpful information to troubleshoot. I’ve done everything the app tells you to. Doesn’t work anymore ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2022-03-11* It asks for a code. I enter the only one I entered setting up the VCS and it won’t let me submit. So I try to reset the pin and enter my email and get the message, “something went wrong please try later.” I have the email that says my email address is confirmed, so what am I supposed to do? I’ve been trying for a few days, but just want to send the thing back. ### 1/5 — Stuck on enter pin screen *2021-01-13* When the app is launched it request a pin, which when provided does nothing! The Launch button does nothing when the pin is entered and there are no instructions on how resolve this! Therefore this app is pretty much useless! They keyboard…how about just use the provided iOS keyboard? This monstrosity that takes up 40% of the screen, with keys that are not where my muscle memory expects them to be, and that regularly lags is horrendous. If your app needs 20 introductory screens to explain its ridiculous controls, it’s time to rethink it. 2 stars because it works. ### 4/5 — It works well *2021-05-16* The good: The app works as advertised. The keypad and touch mouse work with no issues. If you bought the console without controllers, this ensures you can control it without additional hardware. The bad: Times out and disconnects from time to time. Suggestions: Add double tap to left click, to the touch screen mouse. Make it faster to erase all text on the keyboard screen. Add access to my account and online shop. This has nothing to do with the app, but please: Tell the development team to fix the Atari VCS, so it stops going to a black screen when I exit Google Chrome. This only occurs if Chrome has been on the screen for 30 minutes or more. It occurs when I attempt to use the Atari button on the controller to go back to Atari OS. It’s the sole reason I use windows 10 and not Atari OS on the VCS. I’ve sent this through so many channels. So I’m desperate now and posting it here. ### 4/5 — Works okay *2020-12-30* After I realized that the app has a place to enter your email address above the PIN, I was able to get it working. Seems to work well. It connected to my VCS rather quickly. Time will tell how useful it will be. ### 5/5 — Works well. *2025-05-05* The app works well and makes the Atari VCS experience better. The good app experience is proof that they support their customers. ### 5/5 — Works Great - Log In tricked me *2024-12-27* The app does work, for those having trouble logging in, you need to enter both your EMAIL and your PIN… tap around, you’ll find it. Once i figured out where to put my email, and pin, logged in without issue and works pretty darn good! ### 5/5 — App is sweet! *2022-07-19* Ignore the dude who can’t log in. You need to sign in with your email AND pin that you set up on the vcs.
