My employer contacted VCS and they said their is an issue with certain cell carriers and VCS unable to send text alerts. This issue is affecting approximately 60 employees besides myself. The current version of the VCS app is garbage and not user friendly. I pretty much gave up signing up for jobs because the app is too cumbersome to use. Any business looking into VCS should keep looking for a company whose app wasn’t designed using 2010 technology. ### 2/5 — Too many issues *2025-02-12, version 2.0.1* You can’t see the entire schedule for the day you have to continue changing the dates and times rather than selecting one day and it shows who’s scheduled and what time. The app continues to crash when attempting to play a notification sound and doesn’t let you select any other notification sound.
