It now is not working. There’s a black screen that will not proceed & crashes the app instead of logging me in. Of course I wrote their “customer service” with no response yet. Deleting the app. It serves no purpose & takes up unnecessary space. ### 1/5 — Blank screen *2025-02-01, version 1.7.9* Can’t even login after the update. Horrible ### 1/5 — New “update” no longer works *2025-02-01, version 1.7.9* Running iOS 18.3 on a 16 pro max iPhone. After updates app locks up get a black screen and then shuts down. I’ve tried everything from making sure the software is up to date, restarting my iPhone, deleting the app, reinstalling the app, to no avail. It’s very frustrating for my work app to have these kinda of problems. ### 1/5 — Text Alert Notification *2025-02-18, version 2.0.1* About 1 month ago I stopped getting text notifications for overtime jobs. My employer contacted VCS and they said their is an issue with certain cell carriers and VCS unable to send text alerts. This issue is affecting approximately 60 employees besides myself. The current version of the VCS app is garbage and not user friendly. I pretty much gave up signing up for jobs because the app is too cumbersome to use. Any business looking into VCS should keep looking for a company whose app wasn’t designed using 2010 technology. ### 1/5 — Keep crashing *2025-02-11* It keeps crashing. ### 1/5 — New update app does not work *2025-02-04, version 1.7.9* After the new iOS 18.3 update my iPhone 16 promax no longer allows me into the app just shows a black screen and I have deleted and restarted and master reset the phone and it still does not work. ### 1/5 — App not working after “update” *2025-02-04, version 1.7.9* App doesn’t work after “update” running it on iPhone 16 pro max. You should be able to easily view your yearly schedule at a glance and you can’t. ### 2/5 — Too many issues *2025-02-12, version 2.0.1* You can’t see the entire schedule for the day you have to continue changing the dates and times rather than selecting one day and it shows who’s scheduled and what time. The app continues to crash when attempting to play a notification sound and doesn’t let you select any other notification sound. It also doesn’t let you update any information within the app you have to go to the desktop version and even on the desktop version it doesn’t let the user make changes or updates it has to be an administrator. ### 2/5 — ADD ENTIRE DAILY SCHEDULE TO APP *2023-04-28, version 1.7.4* It’s that simple, like the desktop view, the daily schedule should be a single menu with all personnel should be listed with a date option. Default date should be the current date. Having to go through multiple buttons to see who’s working on mobile is why many departments personnel hate it. The admin don’t notice it because they only use the desktop version, but the patrol men and women are annoyed by it everyday. It’s a simple UI adjustment that should be done. ### 2/5 — Can’t see Daily Schedules *2021-06-25, version 1.0.4* When selecting a shift to view for a daily schedule nothing is showing.
