On le signale mais il faut 2 jours pour qu il y ait une réaction ### 1/5 — Login/funzionamento *2026-07-26, version 1.2.3* L’app funziona male, non riconosce né il login e non risponde quando si cerca di inviare un messaggio per password dimenticata. Quando si invia un reclamo, i servizi informatici risolvono il problema solo temporaneamente e dopo una decina di giorni l’app non funziona di nuovo ### 1/5 — ATTENZIONE AL PROVIDER TELEFONICO CHE STATE USANDO *2026-06-22, version 1.2.3* Attenzione! Se avete come me un telefono dual sim con una sim italiana e una sim straniera, svizzera nel mio caso, e state usando per i dati la sim straniera e non l’italiana l’app si sconnetterà dal sistema e non vi permetterà di accedere causando stress, frustrazione, intoppi col conducente, e grandissime figure di m3rd4 facendovi passare per uno che non vuole pagare il biglietto! Inoltre usare l’#ashtag nel nome è la peggiore scelta perché l’app non appare nella lista dello store se la si cerca senza l’#ashtag. Agli sviluppatori: availability, reliability, usability e non fronzoli inutili e strane implementazioni “per la sicurezza” a scapito dei turisti che non possono avere una sim italiana e che quindi non potranno mai accedere agli abbonamenti. ### 1/5 — Inutile! *2026-04-29, version 1.2.3* In due parole: fa schifo! ### 1/5 — È semplicemente vergognoso. *2026-03-07, version 1.2.2(80)* Nel 2026 esiste ancora un’app così inutile? Non serve assolutamente a niente. Non si possono comprare biglietti, non si riescono nemmeno a vedere le tariffe. La navigazione è un disastro totale: confusa, illogica e frustrante. Sembra che sia stata progettata apposta per far perdere tempo agli utenti invece di aiutarli. Per un banale turista che vuole comprare un banale biglietto o giornaliero ci sono solo 729 menù inutili e nessun pulsante compra biglietto, nessuna guida, nelle faq inutili parlano solo di abbonamenti per residenti, ed é imbarazzante dover seguire addirittura un pdf di istruzioni online per comprare un biglietto, che poi ovviamente non é possibile acquistare, idem a bordo bus con i lettori turchi di carte che rifiutano la maggior parte delle carte esistenti. ### 1/5 — ma avete dato soldi a qualcuno per questa app? *2025-12-11, version 1.2.0* Impresentabile, non si capisce come usarla e non da le informazioni che ci si aspetta, sebbene fermo in una autostazione del “servizio” di trasporto pubblico valdostano non è stato possibile visualizzare orari e linee per Aosta. Un altro/alto esempio del concetto valdostano di trasporto pubblico. Ma da una regione che non ha collegamenti ferroviari da 2 anni non ci si può aspettare una gestione moderna del servizio di trasporto pubblico su gomma…infatti è stato dato in appalto ad Arriva, società che appartiene al gruppo Deutsche Banhof. Chi fa queste scelte è un incompetente e sperpera il denaro pubblico e non ha mai preso un autobus alle 0700 del mattino, nemmeno insultarvi mi da requie. ### 1/5 — Inutilizzabile *2025-11-11, version 1.2.0* L’ho installata, mi sono registrato e ricaricato il mio qrcode personale (una specie di carta mobile da usare come borsellino) di 50€ ma non va la funzione di acquisto biglietti!!
