We have put our VET into new wallets, only to find out that we cannot even swap it for vthor fuel to do anything in app. So then we purchased vthor on an exchange and sent it to wallet to have gas to do something within wallet- like the most basic of things, swapping one coin for another that wallet supports. There doesn’t appear to be any way to swap our VET for any of the other supported coins in wallet. Please advise ASAP ASAP. The other coins are showing right there in the wallet. If swapping one token for another here is not possible, I would call it the worst wallet I’ve ever seen! I am still waiting for them to respond to my requests for help. I pray they return my emails in a timely manner. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Won’t allow withdrawal *2023-12-07* I have been trying to transfer and the transaction either doesn’t register, or prompts for the wallet password. After entering the password, it says incorrect password. I tried changing the password and it still says incorrect password so it won’t initiate the transaction.
