Have been using check it for narcotic daily sign offs, it’s kind of ok, but not really. Doesn’t give you a confirmation that your sign off was sent, doesn’t show if a sign off was completed, activities list is useless. Why do I have to login online to see what units have been checked? If you want any changes made, they’ll get made, eventually. The fact that we contact the programmers directly is ridiculous, why don’t you have beta testers? Were firefighters, not beta testers and have zero programming experience, the only changes we ask for are ones that are severely broken, you’ll never get the fine tuning requests that would make the program better or smoother because We have 87 other things to do today and check it isn’t the priority. If I change par levels in a storeroom, it deletes the count. So now I have to go back and re count my inventory. Doing transfers takes way too many steps and the search function just hides what you didn’t search for on the list, it doesn’t bring what you searched for populated to the top of the list, you scroll through a ton of blank screen just to get down to what you’re looking for. I have more, but you get the idea. The program is in its infancy and we are losing buy-in from the end users on the floor because it’s so cumbersome and inefficient. Especially with store room inventory. You’d think they’d incorporate some AI to use via the camera that would identify the product and enter in expiration dates and lot numbers so you don’t have to do it manually for each and every thing. You know, like Costco or Walmart does to streamline their inventory counts. ### 1/5 — Slow and inconsistent. *2023-09-06, version 3.6.4* Slow and inconsistent. Great when it works. Sometimes you have to do it more than once and it makes duplicates. You click complete and it won’t recognize it. For years we were able to select every single one at once, select pass, and they were done. Now we have to go through every single bottle and frame it’s just a nuisance and just flat out annoying.
