So so it baffles me as to why they would remove the one tool that could correct one of these two weaknesses. Now you get to keep taking pictures until the app can adequately detect the borders of the document you’re capturing. There was an issue after the last update, but Vector associates worked hard to get them straightened out. So the work loads in the system update once a …. Well whenever it feels like. So I often end up submitting information for load A on load B because B didn’t clear after it was done. Instead it stays active for 48 hours or more. Now I upgraded to a new phone and the submit button is off the screen so it’s nearly unusable if it wasn’t for a little hack I figured out. There’s apps that are bad and then there’s apps where the developers need to be beaten for their crimes. Can’t type in my information ### 2/5 — So so app, buggy *2021-06-14* Why would you have to re-enter the load information upon arrival to destination? It should carry over to delivery. You have to enter to much information over and over. No default settings for truck number or team email. Half the time the app won’t send dispatch to teammate. Add recipients is buggy, have to enter it twice every time. There is no matrix page for location codes. The active info entry area is not highlighted but greyed out as if its inactive. Needs updates and work to be user friendly. Recently it has quit working. It will not load on either of my Apple mobile devices. I have tried deleting the app and re-installing, but still nothing. Any suggestions on why it has quit working. ### 1/5 — Worst app in the history of the world *2024-09-10* It’s like they built a beta and then just unleashed it for major companies to utilize without a single ounce of support after launch. User unfriendly, non-sensical, frustrating beyond all get out, and an insult to anyone unlucky enough to have to use it. I’m sure the companies that are customers shoulder some of the blame. They probably won’t pay for any kind of support. But even their employees say they average about 1 of 5 successful engagements. Everyone involved should be ashamed of themselves and receive lumps of coal for the holidays every year as penance for this atrocity. If I don’t take the pic and insert from my photo album the app will say it’s blurry even though you can clearly see everything. Mine never reads the writing and crops itself.
