Their server is down and there is no way to get a live person.  Not the 24-7 that they claim.  Totally useless bot on their app, and no one answers the phone either.

Almost impossible to do anything because it spins forever before you get to the page you’re clicking. It’s not user friendly at all so you have to click around a lot and wait and wait in between each click. I’ve done all the updates and it’s still awful.
