I had cancel my subscription because it was absurd to pay to be disrespected as a costumer. Apps freeze all the time, do not work properly, doesn’t recognize your log in info, it also sends disrespectful Error Messages such as “ QUIT OPENING AND CLOSING APP” when in fact I never opened and closed app, treating customer like garbage! I have performed an investigation task with an IT TEAM and they have obtained the same results as a confirmation of my situation, everything has been documented and moving forward to the corresponding action. It’s unfortunate that a Company like Cricut has done nothing to fix this situation since this hasn’t started recently but a while back. ### 1/5 — Disappointed *2023-05-21* Clicked 3 day free trial and it charged me anyways! Wants your money, but does not give you the chance to look at what is available first. Not much here to draw from I would like my money back, but there is no one to contact. **Developer response:** In the free version you can download the first two SVGs from each category that's enough for app exploring.
