## What is Vectron Mobile App?

The “Vectron MobileApp” completes Vectron POS systems by professional options for mobile order taking, guest check management and payment in the hospitality trade. 

Already available installations, which comprise stationary as well as mobile Vectron POS systems, can be completed with the App.

The “Vectron MobileApp” is optimized for fast and intuitive operation. PLU selection takes place via main groups and departments. The “Vectron MobileApp” contains an informative GC overview and supports discounts, cash-, and credit card- and EC-card payment.

The demo mode, which you can use without connection to a Vectron system for training purposes, already contains an example layout of a menu. For use in hospitality you require the network connection to a stationary Vectron system.

Ich versteh einfach nicht, warum diese App nicht ausreichend getestet wird. Auf der Messe kann ich mir jedes Mal den Mund fusslig reden. 
Dieses Mal wurden die Kacheln vergrößert, ohne Option sie wieder klein zu machen. Die Bedienungen haben eine Routine, die nun vollkommen durcheinander ist.

Leider hat Vectron keinerlei Interesse die App und die Probleme zu verbessern.

Das Problem wird auf den Kunden abgeschoben. Der Kunde ist einfach zu doof und hat ein schlechtes Netzwerk.

Das sich Tische nicht umbuchen lassen hat nichts mit dem Netzwerk zu tun. 

Das permanent eine Fehlermeldung kommt, Bediener bereits angemeldet, bitte benutzen sie Bediener 5, hat nichts mit dem Netzwerk zu tun.

Alleine diese Beiden Fehler berichten wir bereits seit einem Jahr. Keine Änderung.

Mega schlechter Support von Vectron zum Zwischenhändler.

…..aber bitte noch die Funktion „Bewirtungsbeleg“ einführen…. Wir haben viele Firmen die solch eine Rechnung benötigen und es ist leichter sie mit dem Smartphone rauszuziehen anstatt extra nochmal die Hauptkasse zu öffenen!

Leider ist die App sehr starr und bietet nur das absolut nötigste. Nimmt vor allem nur die Daten aus der Kasse und Layouts oder eingabefunktionen lassen sich leider nicht anpassen. Ich würde mir hier wünschen dass mehrere Schaltflächen auf ALLEN bestellseiten verfügbar wären (zb schneller in den plu Modus oder Beilagen direkt anwählen können bei der Auflistung) Favoriten Liste oder meistbestellte Gerichte noch in den warengruppen einstellen können.
