After menopause, my weight started increasing and reached 83 kg from 56 kg. I tried many things, including intermittent fasting for about a year, but I only managed to reduce 3 kg. However, whenever I had to go to a dinner or vacation, the weight would increase again. Fed up with these patterns, I came to know about this Vedic diet plan. After joining it, there has been no looking back. I have a lot of praise for my dietician, Yogita, who always patiently listens to my problems.
