VedJyotix Admin is the internal operations console for VedJyotix staff. It is not a consumer app. Signing in requires a VedJyotix employee account issued by an administrator, and there is no way to register from inside the app. Employees who handle customer support and payments use it to run the day from their phone. WHAT YOU CAN DO Sessions — follow consultations as they happen and review the ones that have finished, with the full timeline of when a session was requested, started and ended. Session detail — participants, elapsed and billable time, free minutes, and what a consultation earned, with every figure shown only to the roles permitted to see it. Support — a shared inbox of conversations with Seekers and Professionals, filtered by what is waiting, unread or escalated. Reply in the thread, or start a new conversation with someone in your book. Professionals — the roster you are responsible for, with availability and verification status at a glance. Payment issues — failed and stuck payments that need a person to look at them. Masked calling — call a customer or a Professional without either number being shared. Notifications — alerts for queue entries, escalations and payment problems. WHAT YOU SEE DEPENDS ON YOUR ROLE Permissions are enforced on the server, not hidden in the interface. A relationship manager sees only the Professionals assigned to them and the customers who consulted with those Professionals. Money, transcripts and calling are separate permissions, granted one at a time. Two-factor authentication is mandatory for administrators. REQUIREMENTS A VedJyotix employee account. Accounts are created by an administrator in the VedJyotix operations portal; this app signs in to an account that already exists and cannot create one.
