Implemented TC (Transfer Certificate) validation in the mobile application. 
If a student's TC has been issued, they will be prevented from logging in. For users who are already logged in, the app validates their TC status during usage, displays an appropriate message, and redirects them to the login screen.
Enhanced the Payment Status page to display user details along with the payment information for better clarity and verification.

Pay Button UI Updated
The Pay button is now displayed in a disabled state when no payment gateway is configured or when the payable amount is less than or equal to zero, improving clarity and user experience.
