If you go on the website it says you are able to delete your account, but if you try to it doesn’t do anything. I’ve messaged their online support and email, currently waiting for a response. Keep that in mind if you don’t plan on using long term

**Developer response:** We deleted your account manually as soon as our team arrived in the office — just 1 hour and 20 minutes after your request came through via chat.

I wish they would tell you that it cost money before you download the app and have to create a whole account…

**Developer response:** Hi there, sorry for the frustration. The App Store listing does show the subscription cost, but I understand it's annoying to create an account before seeing the price. We're looking into adjusting the onboarding to show pricing earlier. Thanks for the feedback.

Such an easy and fun way to give your clients extra perks . The app is so easy to navigate and at such a convenient price. Not to mention that your clients can easily download their electronic card onto their smartphone.

I use this for my nail salon and it’s very convenient because the customers only have to scan it and not download another app unlike other platforms
