Great app for pregnant woman and for those with little babies. It has several resources to help us navigate this period of so many emotions, such as instructional videos about mindfulness, acceptance, and distress tolerance, meditation sounds, relaxation techniques, and a nice ‘action’ list of little things that will make us feel better! It has also a safety plan for those with suicidal thoughts. I totally recommend  it!
