### 1/5 — Bad customer support

*2026-02-26*

I’ve been experiencing issues. The button for report an issue does not work on the app. They are no help in resolving issues. When you enter an address it pops up a completely different place.

**Developer response:** We are available for support and happy to assist you. If your mail app does not open through the app, please feel free to contact us directly at support@routecreator.app . We have received a few reports regarding the search issue. This has now been fixed, and an update will be deployed within the next days. We truly hope to win you back 🤞

### 1/5 — Nick

Very very difficult to use- no support

**Developer response:** Hello 👋, we are always available at support@routecreator.app and open to discussing ideas that can make the app even better. Feel free to contact us

### 3/5 — Great app priced stupid.

*2025-09-30*

It’s a great app but the price is just far too much. I won’t be subscribing, just can’t afford it.

**Developer response:** Thank you for sharing your thoughts and for your kind words about the app. We understand that pricing is an important consideration. Please feel free to reach out to us anytime through the app , we’d be happy to discuss your needs in more detail.

### 5/5 — Pequeños detalles, buena app

*2025-05-14, version 11.8*

En mi dispositivo presenta pequeños errores, pero me ha gustado mucho el diseño y la forma de interactuar, puedes arreglarla, solo se crea el primer punto de la ruta, los demás no.

### 5/5 — Best route planner

*2024-01-11*

Love it. Easy to use. Paid for lifetime access so please keep it updated 😁

**Developer response:** Thank you very much for the positive feedback and the support. Route creator is constantly evolving since 2018. Big update coming within this month 😁

### 1/5 — Keeps Freezing

*2023-01-06*

This would be a great app if it didn’t freeze every 2 seconds. I have to force close it every single time. It’s very annoying when you are trying to work.

**Developer response:** Update 👋
We found and issue that caused app freezing in phones using iOS16 and above. This issue is resolved in the current version. Thank you again for pointing out this problem. 👍

### 2/5 — Need IPad Version

*2022-07-09*

Doesn’t work with iPad. It’s upside down when you open app. Works on iPhone though.

**Developer response:** Hello 👋 we just read your edited review

iPad support is a fresh addition and this is possibly an issue from our side , we will check and fix this problem with our upcoming update. Meanwhile it would be great if you could contact us via mail and provide some more information like some screenshots or other issues related with the iPad version. It would be really helpful for us to sort out any bugs as soon as possible. Thanks for the review 👍

### 5/5 — Fantastic App!

*2022-03-03*

Have tried them all and the only other one which is as good as this is Circuit though that has a fairly steep monthly charge for something that really doesn't need to charge monthly at all. I love this app although I've only been using it for a day so far. Does everything I need it to do (adding multiple stops and optimising them automatically) and does it really well.
Only one thing I would ask for which would save quite a lot of time but could there possibly be a setting so that when you search an address and then click on it when found it would automatically get added to the map instead of needing to click on 'Quick Add Stop'? As I have many stops to add to routes it would be great to be able to add them all as quickly as possible. It's only a small thing but would make a ton of difference if that were possible?
Other than that, so far I have not found any negatives at all. Pretty much does what it says on the tin sort of thing. Very happy with purchase and a massive thank you to the developer for creating the App!

**Developer response:** Hello 👋 Thank you very much for your positive feedback and your support! We will add your request in our upcoming update , it’s a small change but makes sense 👍 For any other suggestion feel free to contact us anytime , we always listen.

### 3/5 — Hate the update

*2021-12-05*

This app was super useful for my deliveries but they did an upgrade and now it asks for a lot of extra information instead of letting me just make a list and optimizing it. I no longer see the option to optimize the route from my current location so it makes a route that doesn’t make sense and now I have to manually rearrange it. Your precious method was very simple, this was a downgrade
The only good feature still is I can click a location and directly be routed to maps

**Developer response:** Hello 👋

Optimization is still available with all the parameters that were included, nothing has changed in this section, contact to us for more information if you like. 🙂

Previous update was indeed a big change at once and surely needs some time to get used to. The current workflow provides direct access to map and all your data avoiding unnecessary interactions with the app. We believe that this is the right way to go , which doesn’t mean of course that there is no room for improvement.

We took notes from your feedback and will work to provide a better approach for users that only need the basic functions, you can contact us anytime to provide more ideas or concerns, we always listen and improve based on your suggestions 👍

### 5/5 — Time saving, life saving.

*2021-11-07, version 8.0*

Extremely useful app. As time is limited due to everyday life and obligations, this app is helping me a lot to save time from the less useful time consumer which is the transportation. It will minimize your transportation time too. So now I have more free time than I used to have before.
