Simply greed of owners is shown on first place , what if I’m not going to like my hair after ??? Not a great customer approach, won’t be using or coming back and it’s a shame because Ben was amazing last time , in 42 years of my life I have never seen barber shop who’s trying to charge you upfront for booking simply silly !
