Very user-friendly once you’ve signed up, it’s very easy to make appointment it collects points for you then gives you a free service constantly developing it and adding new features
Horrible app
Auto fill doesn’t work , special signings not enabled and also won’t be using it as i have never seen a barber shop in my life where you need to pay upfront for cut when it’s not done yet !!! Simply greed of owners is shown on first place , what if I’m not going to like my hair after ??? Not a great customer approach, won’t be using or coming back and it’s a shame because Ben was amazing last time , in 42 years of my life I have never seen barber shop who’s trying to charge you upfront for booking simply silly ! Luckily lots of decent barber shops around to choose , fix your app stop asking for money before service is done and I’m sure you’ll get more customers at this point thank you but no thank you.
