## What is Veend?

Veend app provides a user-focused experience to customers across Africa, offering them access to a new and refined credit experience. 

Our mobile app was introduced to  customers with an idea of providing them a fluider interface, from their mobile phone, to reach our premium services. 

With convenience being part of our foremost drive, the mobile app features easy-to-navigate user experience/interface, and very responsive operations. 

With The Veend App, users can operate an all-in-one mobile app experience, which includes:

Money transfer: The mobile app enables users, to within seconds, send money across borders to their loved ones, friends and families without experiencing service delays. 
Bill payment: Users can conveniently make payment for services they're subscribed to, without relying on the service outlets of these service providers. It's all automated to make payment of utilities seamless. 
Credit/Debit Card servicing: As a Veend mobile app user and an existing customer looking at accessing various card-enabled services, the mobile app is a gateway to this. The app provides an environment where these card services can be requested for, used for other services we offer, and most importantly, access credit and other finance-oriented opportunities we offer, all done in an easy and seamless manner. 

To ensure all the services the Veend mobile app executes run smoothly, the app features a feedback channel where all concerns, feedback, and requests can reach us and be attended to.
