Mein Lieblings-Outletportal - ich bestelle seit Jahren hier. Was man nur beachten sollte, sind dass die Lieferzeiten länger und die Versandkosten höher sind, was mich jedoch nicht stört. Die Abwicklung funktioniert sehr gut.

Veepee hat seit meinem letzten Kommentar die Lieferzeiten zu meiner vollen Zufriedenheit optimiert, d.h. drastisch gekürzt. Hinzu kommt, dass meine Lieblingsmarken öfter angeboten werden. Fehlen nur noch die on Schuhe!

Deux commandes jamais livrées. La première fois, le remboursement a fini par arriver mais avec une différence de montant, certe juste quelques centimes mais c’est une question de principe. Résultat commande pour les fêtes non reçue et un bon d’achat en dédommagement de 5 € (pour une commande de presque 200€). Pas rancunier je retente la même commande. Jamais livrée elle non plus. Je redemande le remboursement avec le message de colissimo qui indique colis endommagé. Je respecte le long délai d’attente de Veepee et fini par les recontacter car rien ne se passe. Après cet appel où je me suis un peu énervé le remboursement fini par arriver. Bien sûr pas de bon d’achat cette fois ci. Résultat final, les services client de Veepee ferai bien de s’inspirer de celui du géant Américain (celui qui commence par un A et finit par un N) qui est d’une efficacité et d’une rapidité remarquable. En attendant d’être remboursé je suis allé faire un tour sur les sites des marques qui m’intéressent. Il y a souvent des promos qui ramènent le prix à celui de Veepee, les frais de port sont souvent offerts et la livraison est bien plus rapide que chez Veepee. (C’est pas difficile). Veepee va devenir pour moi comme les centrales de réservation d’hôtel. J’y vais pour voir ce qu’il y a et ensuite je vais directement à la source pour la transaction. J’ai trouvé mes produits jamais livrés vendus par Veepee sur un site directement en Espagne. Cela ne m’a pas coûté plus cher et mon colis est arrivé en une petite semaine en parfait état…

Ich liebe Veepee. Mehrere Jahre bestelle ich mir Sachen von Kleidung bis Reisen und Möbel bei Veepee. Alles super. Schade finde ich nur, dass solche treue Menschen wie mich in keiner Art belohnt werden. Vielleicht mit einem Gutschein oder so… ansonsten: kann nur empfehlen!

Compré mucha ropa y bolsos en Veepe, pero la última vez que compré ropa, se olvidaron de enviarme una chaqueta. Les escribí un correo, ¡pero no me respondieron! No sé por qué cerraron la sesión de mi cuenta sin motivo alguno y ya no puedo iniciar sesión.
