### 1/5 — Faulty update

*2025-09-16, version 5.0.2*

Very disappointed after update. Working properly on IPhone 16Pro but search function not working on iPhone Xmas.

### 1/5 — New update doesn’t work

*2025-09-10, version 5.0.0*

I just updated to the new version and nothing works. No filters, no dashboard, definitely not an improvement.

### 1/5 — Useless

*2025-04-11, version 4.8.5*

You can’t print from this. The only thing you can do is view orders and leave a note… very limited functionality

### 1/5 — Looks good in theory but fails execution.

*2025-03-01, version 4.8.5*

I had high hopes for Veeqo as an all-in-one inventory and shipping solution, but after using it, I can’t recommend it to anyone relying on accurate tracking, functional inventory management, or responsive customer support.

Tracking & Shipping Issues

One of the biggest frustrations is the misleading tracking number issue in Feb 2025. Merchants were sold tracking numbers that were recently used. Leading to customer complaints, and logistical nightmares. Veeqo offered no remedy to the affected orders.

Veeqo claims to help track inventory across multiple sales channels, but in reality, it’s a mess. Stock levels don’t update correctly, leading to overselling or stockouts that shouldn’t happen. Manual adjustments don’t always stick, and sync issues between platforms make it impossible to trust the numbers. If inventory accuracy is important to your business, Veeqo will only make it harder.

The app itself is unreliable. Constant glitches, crashes, and delays make processing orders frustrating. The system often fails to connect with integrated platforms properly, causing errors when trying to sync products or orders. Even basic functions—like printing labels or updating inventory—randomly stop working without explanation.

When these problems arise, don’t expect much help from support. Responses are slow, often generic, and rarely lead to real solutions. Many issues get blamed on “temporary glitches” with no timeline for fixes, and tickets are often closed before the problem is truly resolved.

Veeqo might look like a great solution on the surface, but in reality, it’s unreliable, frustrating, and poorly supported. If your business depends on accurate tracking, functional inventory management, and smooth order processing, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

### 1/5 — Requesting features

*2025-02-14*

Veeqo’s mobile app is useful for basic inventory and order management but has frustrating limitations. It lacks key features available on the desktop version, such as advanced bulk editing, variation management, and detailed reporting. The interface is simple, but navigating some workflows feels clunky. Syncing across platforms can be inconsistent, making real-time updates unreliable. While it’s helpful for quick tasks, the app needs major improvements to match the desktop experience.

The app is convenient but falls short on essential features like updating store and cost-of-goods prices—you still have to use the website for these tasks. In today’s mobile-driven world, the inability to make these updates on the go is limiting. Additionally, in the inventory tab, the item SKU isn’t displayed below the item name, which makes it challenging to find specific items when you have similar ones in your list.

### 1/5 — Useless app

*2024-03-19*

This app is useless, nothing is working as it should be. No real time sales data or charts. Not being able to change marketplaces channel prices directly in the app. It does not have mutiple bin locations for inventory. They offer reduced shipping prices but we are getting the same rate as if you were to ship directly on the marketplace channel. In a few words useless app… don’t waste your time.

### 2/5 — No dark mode?? No sales data on charts

*2024-01-21, version 4.7.5*

Can’t edit Listing prices on Amazon through app, only inventory levels - needs to be fixed.
No dark mode - love blinding myself at night
No sales data charts - all of it is broken.

### 1/5 — App

*2023-12-13, version 4.7.5*

The app constantly has errors the latest being the dashboard show no information which when logging on they say is a bug they have fixed yet it is still exactly the same despite un and reinstalling the app

### 1/5 — HORRIBLE and useless

*2023-12-01, version 4.7.5*

Veeqo shows me yesterdays sales on the dashboard - every day. There’s no way to see real time sales anymore. Also, each time I try to view 7 days sales the app closes. This has become a terrible and useless app.

Update : 4 months and several updates later we STILL CANNOT SEE TODAYS SALES!! Truly unbelievable and unacceptable.

### 1/5 — Does not work good. Don’t waste your time

*2023-08-22, version 4.7.3*

Wasted over an hour today and could not ship a package. App could not scan properly product images are wrong for picking. Customer service could not help. Please stop beta testing on customers. Write better software that works and is not so buggy.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Glitchy, unreliable, and inaccurate

*2026-07-19, version 5.1.0*

We switched our entire inventory management and shipping system over to Veeqo, hoping to create efficiencies and to consolidate all of our sales channels into one portal. Instead, we are wrought with misinformation inaccurate stock values and listings that duplicate consistently without reason. The support team is sometimes helpful, but doesn’t always follow through and seems overwhelmed. And also, they provide really strict limits on how often they can provide support. I would not recommend. It’s also very glitchy. Half the time our daily sales are shown in British pounds (we do not have OUS operations), if they show at all. It’s really a terrible system.

### 1/5 — Can’t log in

*2026-05-27, version 5.0.17*

How do I log in through seller central? Horrible

### 1/5 — Camera has stopped working

*2026-03-30, version 5.0.11*

Since this latest update the camera on the iPhone version is no longer working. Therefore I cannot scan barcodes. The camera is working fine on the android version.

### 1/5 — Bad

*2026-03-16, version 5.0.10*

The app unfortunately has gone downhill, especially since Amazon purchased it.
I can’t even see inventory on my phone. In the Web portal, I constantly have inventory errors and issues. Veeqo was supposed to solve some problems for me instead it’s solved nothing and giving me significantly more errors and issues. I dealt with it when it was free, but now that there is a monthly charge from greedy Amazon. I’ll be moving to another paid product that actually works.

### 1/5 — Going back to Shipstation

*2026-03-15, version 5.0.10*

Doesn’t work with other apps integrated into Shopify. Lots of errors, wouldn’t pull up dates made on Shopify cyst account like addresses in real time, or updates with changes on orders… like upsells. I do not recommended

### 1/5 — Constant sign out

*2025-11-09, version 5.0.8*

Every day sign out and I have sign in again. They said they did updated fix this issue!!! What a lie

### 1/5 — Updates

*2025-10-08, version 5.0.5*

Every time they update this app, something else breaks or they remove an old feature.

### 1/5 — Worked Great, Updates Have Ruined This App

*2025-10-04, version 5.0.3*

This app was great, worked perfectly. They have tried to improve it and literally made it useless!
Scan products into stock does not work
Scan product to pick does not work

So it has now made the multiple devices our warehouse uses redundant.

Contacted the company multiple times and they have literally done nothing

A massive shame

### 1/5 — Removed order properties?

*2025-10-03, version 5.0.3*

Why remove order properties, completely useless for us without

### 1/5 — Constantly logs out

*2025-09-23, version 5.0.3*

Stopped using the app as it constantly logs me out which is a massive pain.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Great

*2024-06-11, version 4.8.2*

Great app. Easy to use. Makes my life easier. Please add the iPhone widgets so we can view dashboard on Home Screen without opening the app. Thanks

### 5/5 — Cool

*2015-11-10, version 1.0*

Bit biased but this works great to update stock on Shopify/eBay and Anazon

### 4/5 — 5.0.2 update still doesn’t work

*2025-09-14, version 5.0.2*

Update 5.0.2 still doesn’t work. We used the saved filters daily in the app so we could see how many orders we had pending. None of the saved filters show up and you get an error.

### 3/5 — Where’s the totals page gone?

*2025-09-12, version 5.0.1*

Really disappointed to see you’ve done away with the “totals” page (which gave daily, weekly & 30 day totals by sales channel) in this latest update. Not a great move imho. Everything else seems to work fine though.

### 3/5 — App needs A LOT of work.

*2025-02-12, version 4.8.5*

Missing basic functionality that similar apps would have. Agree with the other reviewer in a mobile driven world the ability to make essential updates is imperative without having to login to a browser.

### 2/5 — Sign In issues

*2026-03-14, version 5.0.10*

New phenomenon has occurred. Before last update you could sign in and STAY signed in until you closed the app for days, weeks, months even! Now leaving the app open requires you to sign out and back in daily to see sales.

### 2/5 — Meh

*2026-01-15, version 5.0.8*

Update is a dud. Really bad on iOS, also makes my phone really warm and constant access to the camera really bins the battery

### 2/5 — Removed dashboard

*2025-09-10, version 5.0.0*

Removed the dashboard in latest update. Can only see orders and inventory. No overview.

### 2/5 — Please add notifications

*2025-06-14, version 4.8.5*

I know this app doesn’t get much attention, but if you could just add notifications for “ready to ship” orders… it would be the greatest improvement.. I’d pay twice as much for the app with notifications!

### 2/5 — Picking orders glitches

*2024-06-17, version 4.8.3*

When assigning orders to pick it always comes up with errors and then removes the units to select for another batch. This makes it impossible to pick again and this feature useless. Shame cause thats the only feature we use with the appcurrently
