When I first came in this app, I didn’t know what to do. So I searched up how to use this app. I followed every directions in about 10 tutorials I have found. I get it now, but nothing seemed to work. After a while, I found one video about this app, and how to make a video on here and it made sense. I did everything and the problem is, it keeps saying I have no space. “Only photo with 2:1 is supported” and I have no idea what’s the problem. I tried everything and no matter what it keeps saying that. Please fix this issue, for some reason I’m one of the only people that has this problem! If it’s not much trouble, can you please look into that problem and see why some people are having that problem as well? If there is no problem, I might have been having a glitch of some sort then, or I’m doing this all wrong. Thank you for understanding, thank you for reading this. Don’t recommend. ### 1/5 — White screen of panoramic death.. *2022-02-13, version 1.8.1* Once upon a time this was the go-to app for panoramic images. Not any more. When I attempt to load a 360 still image shot with one of my drones the app shows a white screen. I have to uninstall and reinstall the app to get it to work right again. Problem is, sometime later the white screen problem returns. Having to delete the app and reinstall it isn’t a long term option. App support is non-existent. The page where one would enter priblems on the developer’s site no longer exists, apparently.
