I’m 10 years old and I want to be a movie director when I grow up so I spent MY SAVINGS on this green screen app cause I use green screans a lot. So I try this app and it’s so confusing and SUPER SUPER SUPER GLITCHY I just hate this app so the lesson I learned today was STICK TO WHAT YOU KNOW

I really like the app.  It is super easy to use and set up. It has taken my videos to the next level. My only issue is the poor quality of the audio portion of the movies made from the app.  I usually edit my videos in Camtasia.  The audio is undetectable on Camtasia.  I haven’t tried other programs, but this makes it very difficult to process videos.  I wish there was a way to increase the audio sensitivity in the app.  Besides that, visually, it is amazing.

Tried following all the instructions can’t seem to get the green screen features to work thought maybe by getting a paid app I would have a good quality use friendly app but just doesn’t work land today it started crashing after every time I try to edit this app is useless hope I can get a refund

I purchased this app to live stream with my green screen. The app told me I needed to saturate the green screen more. After reorganization of my lights and adding some more for the purpose of saturating the screen. After testing the app and the screen, it still was still in need of saturation. After hours of working on this, I tried another program via my laptop and the green screen worked perfectly.

I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!!

I hate the thing having a green screen, having to change the background, goddamn stupid thing. I’m pretty sure that it is really awesome, but the process is just frickin goddamn stressing! If u don’t fix this now with a FREE update, then I want my money back!!!

Have to say I am disappointed.  I looked at what the app info said it could do but can’t get much sense out of it. Seemingly a waste of money. if the developer can get back to me I will retract.  You advertised that you can do what I have been doing on Green Screen by Doing. I can’t see it.

Really clunky interface and never managed to record a video… it just says “light and contrast too low”. Wish I’d never bothered, wasted £2.99 and 2 hours on this.

**Developer response:** Add more lights to your green screen!  Most people fail because they don’t know how to evenly light a green screen.   Low light noise will destroy your video.  That’s why there’s a warning.   If you need help, please contact us.

Brought the app and used it with switcher studio tonight for a livestream and it kept saying ‘the phone was overheating and could not run the app’ and that totally messed up my livestream tonight. So upset actually.

Thought the overheating problem had been solved so why is it still reoccurring?

**Developer response:** Place a cooling fan on your iPhone.  There are several on Amazon for under $30.  IPad’s aren’t as prone to overheating and can stream much longer.

Cannot use it, it’s not user friendly. Realized I can just use iMovie green screen feature for free and it’s user-friendly...after I paid the $6.49...

Last night while we were setting up our Monday jam, we were told we had to buy the full version. After installing the full version call mom three of our iPhones how to heating issue. We had to turn off two of our phones, and it really messed up our live feed to our customers. Can we get an explanation on why this happened when we paid the $3.99 compared to the free version.

“ We found that iOS starts malfunctioning at a much lower temperature than we previously thought. This forced us to a put up the warning message much sooner to prevent iOS from shutting down important features. Removing the case from the phone will minimize overheating. The iPad Pro is much less likely to over heat because it’s larger surface area."

**Developer response:** Update to Version 7.3.26 on the iTunes Store.  There is a new fix to reduce overheating.

So I bought a pop up green screen. The first time I used it was at home, at night time, with just the standard led lights in my ceiling. It worked perfectly. I had to calibrate the light using a piece of white paper - as the app explains how to do, and then I just adjusted the colour selection and strength of the key till it was spot on. Probably took about 2 minutes.
When I use it with my proper video lights it is 100% perfect.
I’m not sure what all the negative comments are about, I think they probably have NO knowledge of what a green screen is and how to use it - get on YouTube guys. The app works brilliantly on my 2018 iPhone XS and my 2018 iPad.
If it’s not working you either have a really old phone - or no idea.

Personally, I really enjoy having this app. I’ve tried many other apps and none of them work the way this one does. I did watch all of the tutorials, and now it is so easy to use. The only thing I would like is a LARGER variety of backgrounds. Other than that I think this app is quite amazing!

You may have this app and not used it do yo some glitchy functions.  I almost gave a less star review sometime ago. The concept was good but as you see squashing bugs and tweeting to get better was not a priority.

BUT NOW THEY ARE KICKING BUGS BUTTS 🏆 And Finding ways you MAKE APP BETTER!!!! 

It is more intuitive 
keep up the great work!

This will set you apart from all the rest!!!

Love how simple and quick this is to use!
I’ve been making lots of videos for my kindergarteners and they love the fun backgrounds, especially the video ones! 
The only problem I have is made for a darker shade of green than the green screen I have.

Great app I just can’t get a person to be in front of the screen without being see through

**Developer response:** Wow, it sounds like that could be caused by green screen with very low color saturation.  Good green screen is a hue of 120 degrees and color saturation of 75 to 100 percent.
