## What is Veeva Snap?

Veeva Snap is a complementary application to the full Veeva Vault application.  It provides the capability for users to scan paper documents using the device camera, edit scanned pages and apply image enhancements technology to generate a complete document that is uploaded directly into the Veeva Vault.

Veeva® Snap is a mobile application (“Veeva Mobile App”) supporting certain functions of Veeva Vault.  Your use of Veeva Vault, including the Veeva Mobile App, is governed by a Master Subscription Agreement (“Veeva MSA”) between Veeva and a Veeva customer with which you are employed or associated.  You can download the Veeva Mobile App only if you agree to follow the terms of the Veeva MSA, represent that you are an authorized user under the Veeva MSA, agree to uninstall the Veeva Mobile App upon expiration or termination of the Veeva MSA, and agree that data uploaded to Veeva Vault using the Veeva Mobile App may be processed and maintained in accordance with the Veeva MSA.  If you do not agree to these terms, or are not an authorized user under the Veeva MSA, you shall not install or use the Veeva Mobile App.
