The experience is awful. Most things aren’t possible in the app and it kicks you out to the browser. The vaults are easier and more familiar in the browser. Even parts optimised for the app like the dashboards at painful on the eye and look better in the browser.

I like the Veeva system; however, the app is not user friendly and there aren’t enough features to make copiers obsolete. I do not like this app and hate using it but it’s mandatory for electronic files.

This app does everything except what you need -> being able to approve document into it … don’t waste your time to download it if this is what you need.
