We eventually just told him to go to the one address and myself and my husband ended up- walking back home. We coul have understood if the stops were a distance apart but they weren’t and could have easily been done had the driver taken our preferred route but no he wasn’t getting paid having none of it. It was his way or no way😡. I have been logged out of this app for a week and unable to log back in because they insist on sending you a pin via SMS and the SMS never arrives so matter how many times you resend it. I have sent an email to their admin and had zero response. I have also searched the website for support and there is nothing that addresses this issue. You need to have a better account recovery in place because this is ridiculous. It shouldn’t be this difficult to log into an account and you should at least have a customer service that you can contact and who actually responds. Turns out the prebooking feature is not prebooking at all. It just queues the request to go out at the time, meaning there is no gurantee of a driver being available. I have an elderly relative with dementia whom I needed to get to an appointment in the afternoon. Called twice but was told both times they do not pre book and I have to call after 12.30pm to see if one is available! The booking confirmation is hardly there so you can’t check it either and they charge premium prices. Close to £40 for a 5 minute drive is a joke ### 1/5 — The App Failed, But I Was Blamed *2026-07-21, version 1.26.0* I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I booked this taxi to transport my 5-year-old daughter, who had a high fever and urgently needed to travel. I followed the pickup location shown in the Veezu app, trusting that it was correct. While running with my sick child to reach the pickup point, the driver marked the journey as “No Pick Up.” Veezu later claimed that the app had only provided a general location and that they had tried to call me. However, as a customer, I can only rely on the pickup location displayed by the app. If the app failed to provide the correct location to the driver, that is a system failure, not the customer’s fault. Instead of accepting responsibility for the apparent technical issue, my formal complaint was rejected, and the blame was placed entirely on me. I expected compassion and support, especially given that I was travelling with a sick child. Unfortunately, I received neither. I’ve always found this taxi firm to be reliable and extremely helpful. They locate a taxi very quickly, and if there are ever any delays, they always call to keep me updated. Even when I need a taxi in the early hours of the morning for work, they always do their best to find one for me — even sending a taxi from out of the area to make sure I get to work on time. The drivers are always friendly, professional and pleasant. I couldn’t recommend them enough.
