## What is Vefa?

Prepare the important information your loved ones may one day need. Vefa keeps passwords, documents, encrypted notes and family instructions in one private vault.

WHY VEFA?

PRIVACY
Your content is protected on your device with AES-256-GCM authenticated encryption. AES-256 is a widely trusted modern encryption standard used for highly sensitive data. Only locked packages reach our servers; content keys are never sent to Vefa. No one — including Vefa — can read your notes.

IMPORTANT
If you forget your Vefa password, encrypted items stored on your device cannot be recovered. Choose a password you can truly remember.
