The app is not quite ready based on my experience. There are a lot of good features such as nutrient tracking and explanations of importance of the nutrients; however, everything has to be manually entered and the camera for scanning doesn’t work (black screen). When attempting to enter bar code in instead, you cannot push the enter button.  This would be too time consuming to upload manually food especially raw ingredients. This app has a lot of potential once it has some of the functionality corrected.

Thank you for your detailed feedback! We really appreciate you taking the time to share your experience.

The app already includes a large database of raw foods and ingredients. You don't need to enter them manually. Simply go to Add, start typing the first few letters in the Search field, and matching foods will appear for you to select.

Regarding the barcode scanner, we're sorry you experienced this issue. It was working correctly on many devices, but it seems there was a compatibility problem with yours. We've now released an update that fixes the scanner and barcode validation, so we'd be grateful if you could update the app and give it another try.

If you still encounter any issues after updating, please let us know, we're continuously improving the app and your feedback is extremely valuable.
