I wanted to see restaurants recommend by other vegans. It has so much potential but needs updating. There is a restaurant that closed down months ago and I have submitted numerous requests over the past few months to update the page and no changes were made. I fear this app was forgotten about. ### 3/5 — Nothing Came Up In Orlando *2025-10-03, version 3.1* This app has potential but I can’t believe that none came up in Orlando, Florida. Either this is a personal app that I have to build or it’s so new NO ONE has added any restaurants there yet?? Not sure this app is for me. I need suggestions in new areas as we travel. However, on their menus were dishes using paneer and cottage cheese. Looks like this app doesn’t update the information very often. No maintenance on this app. Horrible! ### 1/5 — KEPT SHOWING PLACES WITH NO VEGAN OPTIONS *2025-07-05, version 3.1* It kept suggesting places with no vegan options at all or silly places where there’s only like one option and it’s bread or the one option is the most basic salad (just tomato & onion nothing else on the menu) realistically these are not actually viable options that anyone is going to use spent time on this app and didn’t really find any actual good viable options just loads of useless ones. Got only 2 results in Chattanooga-not even the most popular. Went to settings, turned ON "other". Needs major improvements ### 1/5 — Where’s the vegan food? *2023-08-11* The bar for this app to present a restaurant as having vegan options is very low. If the restaurant has 50 items on its menu but includes avocado toast as the only option for a vegan, it qualifies. That’s a pretty low bar. The restaurant reviews also include many, sometimes exclusively, reviews of meat dishes by meat eaters which skews the restaurant’s overall rating as “excellent” when maybe the only vegan option is salad hold the cheese. Combined, these two flaws make it really challenging to sort through dozens of restaurant listings to find one that has actual options for a vegan meal. **Developer response:** hi, thank you for your feedback and for letting us know, we will do our best to sort this out. ### 1/5 — South Bay Area California empty *2023-08-04, version 3.1* No restaurants down here. Update: there were no restaurants listed at all in any direction at any distance. Nothing at all. First, I was directed to a restaurant that had not started serving food yet.
