No idea how this has any stars. Avoid. ### 1/5 — Do not buy *2026-04-24, version 1.23* App doesn’t work properly. It doesn’t tell you if the food is vegan. you scan it, and then it asks you “what do you think?” and you hit yes or no. I’ve scanned several items and that’s all it does. Complete waste of money. You scan the item barcode, and then the app asks ME to vote whether something is vegan or not. Not helpful. You scan it in and ask for you to answer if you think it is vegan or not this app needs serious upgrading! Also, why is it .499 monthly the recipes? ### 2/5 — Very little data available in the UK. Needs a longer free period. *2024-04-23, version 1.17* In theory, this is a handy little utility when shopping. But, since most products have a full ingredient list written on them, it's only a convenience. Except that it's not (in the UK, at least). A three day free trial is enough to use it on a single shop, and I scanned a couple of dozen items. I found no items with developer provided information. So I don't know what that looks like, and can't assess the quality of their information. I found two items with crowdsourced information, and those had only a couple of votes each. One, containing honey, had a "yes" and a "no". I made a few votes myself, so spent more time on my shop that otherwise.
