Thank you. ### 1/5 — Game Okay, bad customer service *2023-06-19* I’ve played this game for a few months and paid my fair share of coin purchase. Overall the game is one of the better casino apps. However I have to leave 1 star for support alone. Twice I bought all 4 of the treasure chest (1 was free) and at the 4th purchase the app crashes and didn’t get the coins from the 4th purchase or the treasure chest. Support assured me it worked, however the coin balance never changed. It’s a bug in their app and the company is more worried about checking with their dev team and saying I received the coins than taking care of the issue. **BUYER BEWARE** **Developer response:** Hi there, we apologize for the inconvenience caused by the issue in the reward claiming process in our game.
