So I spent money and bought 20mil and that went in an hour! Spoke to Dominique in customer service and I got a cut and paste response! I questioned it and I got attitude back. The worst customer service I’ve witnessed. Stick to the free gaming and don’t spend your money. However, there are a few major issues that keep me from rating it higher. The biggest problem is stability. The app crashes or closes itself multiple times a day, often in the middle of a poker hand, causing me to lose chips through no fault of my own. I’ve also noticed what feels like an unrealistic card distribution in Texas Hold’em. After many hours of play, it seems like certain cards show up on the board far more often than they should, which makes the game feel less like real poker and encourages strategies that wouldn’t make sense in a live game. Whether it’s a bug or an issue with the RNG, it’s something worth investigating. Finally, the slot machines feel very outdated compared to other casino apps on the market.
