This is not occasional, but every time I try to play. I'm constantly loosing points because you can't finish game. The slots are typically good and I enjoy the different games. Other slot games return your points when their games are frozen which is nice. At least they acknowledge that it is a system error and their fault. However, it has no way to pause or save if you are in the middle of a game. As such, if you exit out to take a call or do anything, your bet is lost. Sometimes they will refund it automatically, other times they won’t. When they don’t, you’re just out that bet. Since it’s not actual money at stake, there is no reason they shouldn’t let you pause or save. Tech support is rude, condescending, and not helpful at all. I would love to see some improvements on Roulette, including seeing at least 10 spins in the spin history. Having spins appear when you first start playing. Having a doubling option would make it much more like an actual casino.
