Overall an excellent site that has always treated me well. Refunds have been prompt without stupid fees. I always check with venue booking to make sure but have never been let down on this site and prices are always competitive. Once you sign bio and download, there is no such promotion and no promo code to use. I had a trip book for next week and it took the flight off and made me still pay for it when it was in my cart. Customer service made me cancel it. I have to wait for a refund or rebook it but when I try to rebook it, it went up $30. I asked them could they compensate me for the inconvenience because I do it the same way all the time and they hung up in my face talk to me poorly six different times and I will never return back to Vegas. I will never spend my money anywhere where I’ve been talked to like. I am not a customer so I canceled the whole trip. I had to tell my family. I cannot come because they have a problem with talking to people correctly. has she not canceled my trip? I could’ve went to the airport and paid for my own flight so now I have to wait 3 to 5 business days to receive my refund and try to book a flight to go somewhere else because I don’t wanna waste money doing it twice, but have they been nice enough to me I would’ve rebooked my trip with them, but I did not like customer service ### 1/5 — Awful experience left us stranded in Vegas *2026-06-08, version 4.6.10* This was the absolute worst experience. We planned our trip and booked our hotel and show tickets as a bundle. As we are checking into the hotel, Vegas.com cancelled our entire reservation for our hotel and show tickets. They had already taken the money from our account but then decided to flag it as “fraud”. No warning to us, just cancelled. I called and the lady was beyond rude. She said there’s nothing I can do and I don’t know why it was flagged as fraud. Super helpful. So now we have to scramble to find somewhere to stay and try to get tickets for a show that has last minute availability. Plus we are out all of the money that Vegas.com took from our account and however long it’ll take for them to issue a refund.
