It lights up after touching it several times but nothing happens even though according to the app it’s turned on low! For instance, if you go into AC Power settings there is no way to go back to the Home Screen. It frequently has trouble pairing with my iPhone 14. After the latest upgrade, it stopped working for climate control When I open the climate control screen, there is no data displayed and a message “Temp Sensor Error!”. What’s more, if I touch any button on the screen, all three A/C units on the RV shut down! I’ve stopped using the app because I want to take the risk of screwing something else up in the RV. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2024-09-23, version 2.16.15* What’s the point of this app? I don’t really care about using it when I’m inside of my RV. I want to be able to use it when I am away from the RV. Especially, the temperature controls on hot days when we go out and leave our dog inside. I want to know that the AC is working and when you get more than 100 feet away from the RV, it won’t connect. This makes no sense to us. What’s the point of having an address it’s not gonna work when you’re out and about? ### 3/5 — Update is a mess. *2024-08-20, version 2.16.15* Installed update last week and now most features no longer work. I can use the touchscreen in my RV just as easily as the app on my phone. What would be valuable is to know the status of the RV remotely or at least to receive push notifications. My home thermostat does this, can’t you? Entering the default pin whe prompted, then to a screen to choose new password and immediately says “attempting connection” “signal stable”. I am standing right by the panel. iPhone 15 running 17.7.1. ### 1/5 — Totally Bad *2024-10-17, version 2.16.16* Worst app and technical support ever. Corrupted our modules with bad update and they don’t care to fix it. Worst still they knew it for months and didn’t pull the updates so others wouldn’t be impacted. ## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Pretty Seamless *2026-04-22, version 2.18.11* This is, by far, the best remote operator I’ve ever used. Not sure why the negative reviews. Just because you’re too dumb to sync it up with your phone, doesn’t make it a bad app. ### 5/5 — Life saver on arrival *2026-02-12, version 2.18.11* This app allows us to park and extend our slides without having to stick my head out the window and hit the pedestal or trees which allows moving the rig before parking is completed. Day to day use the app for everything has been working flawlessly since 2018. ### 5/5 — Worth the wait. *2025-03-04* The dealer I purchased my Motorhome didn’t offer the VegaTouch Mira and I had to purchase it after the purchase. I love this Bluetooth Modem and the App. Well done. Update been full time since 2018 and Firefly’s VegaTouch Mira is rock solid. It is in a 2018 Thor 37LX. My only issue is the wireless switches are starting to wear a bit so I use the app more than the switches. The only scary piece is the mail black and white touch screen, to replace it it will cost over$500. I paid $600 for the Bluetooth unit. But I do love this system. ### 5/5 — Works well *2024-11-19, version 2.17.1* Have had this system for 4 years. Only item that is inconsistent is fresh water sensor. Everything else has worked perfectly on my Riverstone fifth wheel. ### 5/5 — Works very well *2024-07-19* We have had this system on our Riverstone fifth wheel for 3+ years. It works very well including the AGS system. The tank sensors are not 100% accurate, but we really like all the features that ours has. Highly recommend this product! ### 5/5 — Update Where did the go power solar section disappear *2024-05-29, version 2.16.12* Update 5/29/24 I see a lot of people complaining about that app no work for one reason or another. Have you thought about going to the firefly web site and email them with your issue. I have had and issue with getting a fault detected on the go power solar portion. I sent them a message and Rachel from tech support has been very helpful. They have asked me for information from the app and my main spyder panel in my rv and I have sent it to them. It has taken a few days in between messages but they see they problem I am having and are now working on the solution. Just be a little patient and help then help you and they will get it resolved. Disregard tiffin just replaced my g12 board. And they did not enable it. After the latest update yesterday 5/21/2024 the go power solars is no longer in the app. What happen? ### 5/5 — Awesome app and great updates *2024-05-01, version 2.16.11* Not sure why all the bad reviews. Actually works great! ### 5/5 — Works for me *2022-08-24* Been using this app for over a year now… I have had a couple of challenges, always able to resolve them though… mostly user error or setting something wrong… Had one issue with my grey tank sensors going bad..called Firefly and got new ones sent to me… replaced under warranty.. bam that issue resolved. Had another issue with my center AC not showing correctly… called Firefly and after doing a quick firmware update.. bam .. it was fixed… It work great for what it is… and I fully suggest that you use it… Now.. if I could only get it to work with my Alexa app… :-) **Developer response:** Thank you so much for your review!
