The vegetables often arrive wilted, bruised, or outright unusable. To make matters worse, the customer service is abysmal. Complaints are either ignored or take ages to resolve, leaving me feeling unheard and helpless. On top of that, the delivery timings are highly unreliable—orders are consistently delayed, causing unnecessary inconvenience. I had high hopes for this app, but the repeated issues have made it clear that it is not worth my time or money. I would not recommend this service to anyone. Save yourself the hassle and look for a more reliable alternative! ### 1/5 — Delivery timings, Quality and Cancellations *2024-11-15, version 2.6.6* 1. They never deliver in the mentioned time slot. It’s always during office time that they reach your home. 2. They cancel half of the order 100% of the time. Like, in my last 5 orders, not even once have they given a full delivery. 3. Their quality is worst compared to competitors, maybe that is why they have lower rates. They might be sourcing the left overs. My recommendation - Never order. Still confused? Try once and you will know. ### 1/5 — Unprofessional and Cheats *2024-10-20, version 2.6.6* I have now ordered around 6 times thinking they might improve . My wallet balance has been set to negative of the order value of my last order . Now I have to pay last order value again to get wallet to zero and start ordering . All my refunds and cash backs are eaten by their calculation mistake to set the wallet balance to zero Reached 6 support people over last 6 days . Everyone is interested in closing the chat than giving resolution. You leave the screen for 1 min they will close your chat I want to attac screenshot here but no option . I will say refrain from using this app ### 1/5 — This is a very bad app *2024-10-03, version 2.6.4* My veggies and fruits are not delivered on time and they have taken extra cost from me and on the app showing that I have paid less and order is not delivered yet. ### 2/5 — Not worts *2024-09-11, version 2.6.3* 1-Order till 23:30 pm and delivery would be done next day. 2-No immediate delivery process like Blinkit or Zepto. 3-Product which are cheaper can be bought only at limited quantities i.e. 500 gm, 250 gm. U can not buy large quantities if it is cheaper than market. Ao no use of it. 4- product are out of stock after u order so delivery can creat isse as product will be out of stock. ### 4/5 — Competitive pricing *2024-08-03, version 2.6.2* Pricing of fruits and vegetables are very competitive in home delivery apps but in other hands timeliness delivery with quality of fruits and vegetables are sometimes missing. So if this part can be improved then definitely it’s can beat others. Customer support also good to resolve any issues. ### 1/5 — Low quality products *2024-07-19, version 2.6.2* Order twice from VegEase and both times received low quality product. After my first order I make a complaint and received refund and after that I wanted to uninstall the app so I order again to exhaust my wallet amount but again I received rotten apples. But this time they refund half of the amount. So now I decided to secrifice my 31 rupees and uninstall the app. ### 3/5 — It is ok okay *2024-06-05, version 2.6.1* First time, I received the complete order and was satisfied but second time, almost all the discounted items were missing when I received it. Moreover, they didn’t inform about it before delivering otherwise I would have canceled the order because all the main items were marked as out of stock at the time of delivery. ### 1/5 — Unable to learn from feedback *2024-05-18, version 2.6.1* They provide good vegetables and fruits and sometimes if rotten items are delivered they refund the money. But the real problem is their delivery time. If I select the slot of 7 am to 11 am one expects delivery by 11 am at least but they regularly deliver late. Sometimes upto 3pm. I mean why have you given the option of choosing delivery slot if you can’t deliver on time. 2nd problem is their packing. They pick small packet and forcefully put all the vegetables and fruits inside that and close the packet with tape which is applied even more tightly. Items like ripe tomatoes and mangoes has been ruined on daily basis. This is so simple and understandable if you are packing tomatoes or such fruits which can be damaged by putting pressure on them why don’t you pack them little lose. Please learn something from other platforms like country delight and Otipy. Their packing is amazing. ### 1/5 — Fraud Service and Pathetic products *2024-04-24, version 2.6.1* Do not buy anything from this app. There is not customer support. I just ordered once and half of my items were missing and rest of them were pathetic quality vegetables. Complete waste of money. I have been following up with them on chat support but no one replies, moreover they don’t have any call support. I have wasted my money. You guys don’t waste your money on this fraud app. ### 1/5 — Pathetic service *2024-04-19, version 2.6.1* I had a very bad experience with them, few items they wont deliver each time and the money will be stuck on wallet forever. If you think to buy next time they will only deliver one item and again the rest amount will be stuck, such a bad customer care, no response at all, high time busy means overload of complaints, no such customer care number to contact them, please dont buy it from here at all, a pineapple with delivery chareges, handling charges will cost more because they dont deliver all items anc this is the trick, they will referral amount in your account but the real money will be stuck forever either you buy COD or prepaid. WORST! WORST! WORST! ### 1/5 — Pathetic customer service *2024-02-12, version 2.5.8* I would like to share my poorest experience ever with vegease. I ordered vegetable and they were supposed to deliver between 7-11am but after so many followups with them, they delivered late evening and that too rotten and low quality product. Not getting option to share images else i can show you. 2 vegetables were not available so they returned money in wallet instead my original payment source so that they will force me and expect me to buy another product from their useless app. They are big time cheaters and making people fool. You might order a fresh batch of pomegranates, only to receive ones the size of gooseberries. Or imagine expecting normal-sized radishes and getting ones big enough to pass for an elephant’s foot! The worst part? Their customer support is beyond useless. No matter how bad the product is, they will simply say, “Everything is fine on our end,” refuse any refunds, and won’t even offer replacements. If you value your money and want actual fresh produce, steer clear of Vegeasy. You’re better off buying from your local market than dealing with their overpriced, low-quality, and unhelpful service. ### 1/5 — Super poor app, 3rd grade product , super poor support. Fraud *2025-11-02, version 2.7.0* I ordered twice , it will never come in promised slot , ap dont depend on this order . They will supply only when they would like to. Products are 100% procured from Mandi . Veru veru very poor quality. Half of items they will not supply and please dont pre pay , they will forcefully refund in their own wallet and then u have to buy again. Poor quality rhey will not give refund - 100% confident . Customer care is practically non existent, even if u are able to reach them they will respond at lag of 3-4 min asuming they only have 2-3 Associates. Please please delete and dont buy . All fruits are rotten and defective when they sent. App will also not support while sending pictures of fruits And when i am trying to connect with customers support, there is so much delay. Cannot connect with them . Once if by mistake they are connecting with you they will also ask you to share pictures of fruits. Big problem with there app and customer service. No solution till now from morning i am trying to return my ordr till 3:30pm not figure out what to do with rotten fruit. Whenever i complain they always say we wont repeat but the condition is same. Best part there are no extra charges for delivery or platform fee. Now i can save my time and get fresh foods and vegetable by sitting at home. Thanks vegease to make my vegetable purchase easy. ☺️ ### 5/5 — Excellent customer service *2024-07-02, version 2.6.2* Ordering from here for almost a year. Almost every third day. App has lots of problems. Vegetables aren’t always fresh, sometimes you order 500 worth of vegetables but only 200 worth come because they were out of stock, sometimes the quality is so bad you have to return them. Winner is their customer service. If I’m returning 100 worth of veggies, the delivery guy will take it, place a call, and your bill will be adjusted in real time. Then you pay. Whole thing of returning takes 5 mins. Always order COD to avoid hassle. The prompt return and hassle free real time problem solving is the only reason I love them. Sometimes it’s very frustrating ordering from them because I’ll place an entire order of veggies just to get some lemons but in the order everything will come except lemons. That makes me mad AF. Coz they can just write out of stock in app but they don’t. Their quality used to be horrible a year ago, I almost had to return 60% of whole order everytime, but now it’s down to 10% and sometimes none at all. Prices are also fantastic for everything.
