Ich ernähre mich schon seit Jahren vegetarisch und Vegan. Hab aus Neugierde die 30 Tage Veggie Challenge gemacht und war überrascht, dass ich noch was dazulernen konnte. Ich kann sie wirklich jedem, der sich für diese Ernährungsweise interessiert, von ganzem Herzen empfehlen. Auch die App ist sehr gut gestaltet. Auf die täglichen Quizfragen freue ich mich jedes Mal aufs Neue. Auch die Rezepte sind mega lecker.

estoy muy contenta con esta aplicación ya que yo soy vegetariana y me esta motivando muchissimo a reducir mi consumo de lacteos y huevos gracias a la información que te da.
