## What is Veggie Exchange?

Veggie Exchange is a community platform for growing, sharing, and exchanging vegetables and plants with people near you.

GROW TOGETHER
• Follow local community farms and see what's ready for pickup
• Claim seedlings and pick them up during farm pickup windows
• Scan the QR code on your pot to track your plant's full journey from seed to harvest

TRACK YOUR PLANTS
• Add your own plants — pick them from our plant library to get botanical details, growing info, and vendor links filled in automatically, or enter them manually
• Log watering, fertilizing, harvests, photos, and notes
• See days-to-maturity, sun requirements, planting depth, and more

SHARE THE HARVEST
• Post photos and updates to your community feed
• Follow friends and neighbors and see what they're growing
• Control who sees each plant: everyone, followers, or only you

Whether you grow one tomato plant on the balcony or run a backyard farm stand, Veggie Exchange helps you grow more and share the surplus.

## Version history (last 4 releases)

### 1.3.0 — 2026-08-11

My Garden has a new Analytics tab. See a chart of everything you've harvested over time, plus a breakdown by plant. Switch between counts and weight, group by day or week, tap a bar to see exactly what's in it, and tap a category to focus on it.

Also in this release:
• Filter your harvests by date range
• Log diseases, disorders and pests on a plant, and record fruit you've lost to them
• Harvest dates now show the day they happened
• Fixes to checkout, badges, and the retire-plant dialog

### 1.2.0 — 2026-07-21

Faster, more accurate farm store and a smoother checkout — we fixed a snag that could leave you stuck after placing an order and made the cart button appear reliably. Cancelling a whole order now clears it instead of leaving an empty one. Plus a new season filter for My Garden, misidentified-plant reporting for farms, and various stability and privacy fixes.

### 1.1.1 — 2026-07-16

A big round of polish across the whole app:
• Haptic feedback — buttons, tab switches, and cart actions now respond to your touch
• A refreshed look with clearer icons and a consistent design across every screen
• Smoother shopping — browsing a farm store, adding to cart, and checkout got cleaner and faster
• Clearer order status: orders without a pickup window yet now show as "Awaiting window"
• Better VoiceOver support throughout the app
• Friendlier empty states and lots of small fixes

### 1.0.0 — 2026-06-24
