When I have needed to use it, at times it is impossible to update. For example, I’m trying to make a claim for a couple of small scratches to my car which means having to go through the app. So far all I’ve got to is the point where it insists that I have to put in the correct information about me including phone numbers. I only have a mobile and every time I try to do so the app removes the last figure and gives an error message every time. So the only conclusion I'm able to draw is that it's actually just impossible for me to log in to this app. ### 1/5 — post code textbox validation does not work *2025-11-08, version 3.1.1* post code validation is not working and it is so frustrating. it doesn't allow you to put any spaces between characters, but then if you put something like DE141TH it says please enter a valid post code. So you can't type DE14 1TH either but the error keeps showing. (car reg number plate, post code page) I couldn't even start using the app just stuck in this step.
