Vehicle Database puts your complete sold-vehicle history in the hands of your buying team. When an appraiser is standing in front of a vehicle, they can pull real comparable sales in seconds — no spreadsheets, no guesswork. Search by year, make, model, trim, engine, package/equipment group, wheels and options, with smart matching that understands abbreviations, equipment codes and rear-wheel configurations (SRW/DRW). Every result shows the sale date, sale price, MMR, condition report (CR), odometer and key configuration details — so you can price with confidence. New transactions sync live across the whole team the moment they're added. A live USD/CAD exchange rate and a built-in team directory keep everything you need in one place. They're excluded from Best/Worst rankings and Over/Under MMR filters so they can't distort your averages. When an IF-Sale vehicle later sells outright, the record upgrades on its own.
