## What is VehicleProof?

VehicleProof gives private vehicle hosts and their connected drivers one place to manage a rental from request to return.

CONNECT WITH A HOST
Drivers enter a unique host code to view available vehicles and submit booking requests. Hosts can manage connected drivers, review requests and keep track of active rentals.

DOCUMENT VEHICLE CONDITION
Create pre-rental, check-in and checkout inspections with odometer readings, fuel levels, notes, checklist items and photos. Record existing or new damage with its location, type, severity and description.

MANAGE BOOKINGS AND AGREEMENTS
Review rental dates and vehicle details, share required driver profile information, approve bookings and complete typed-signature agreements. Both host and driver can follow the status of each rental throughout the process.

KEEP REPORTS TOGETHER
View inspection reports, signed agreements and damage records in one clear history. Generate PDF reports for clear, portable records.

Host vehicle plans are optional auto-renewable monthly subscriptions that increase your vehicle listing capacity (3, 6, 11, or unlimited vehicles). Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your Apple Account settings.
