There is a bug actually the system actually found that my tire needs to be changed, but even after logging my tyre change history, tyre notification overdue still there which ultimately rediced my vehicle score

Logging a tyre change should clear the overdue reminder and restore your score, and it sounds like it didn't, which is a bug on our end.
