The payment process—involving photo verification and no formal accounting—is very strange. I’ve been waiting a year and a half to get paid for my first deliveries. I’ve followed their entire process, yet I still don't see the deposit. It is completely incomprehensible.

There is no live agent you can’t talk to anyone when you have a problem! It’s all text message from the app and they take 10-45 minutes to reply which will set you back behind on every route. It’s a big waste of time if you have any problems during your route. And when you do get support they do not help at all because you will still get penalized on your account even if the problem is Veho’s fault. Like glitches, app freezing, providing wrong information to drivers and lockbox codes not working has nothing to do with the driver being at fault but Veho still subject you to fault regardless. Veho take no accountability for their mistakes and problems from the app

This app is horrible and the customer service representatives will talk to you as if you’re the problem when actually the app is horrible because of so many glitches it will add on an hour or more to your route be prepared for you not to have signal most of your route and hopefully you know how to read a map otherwise your SOL

Es frustrante el funcionamiento actual de la aplicación. En primer lugar, la precisión de la ubicación y el procedimiento de devolución de paquetes (desde identificar la causa hasta la entrega en el almacén) necesitan ser más ágiles. Por otro lado, pedir 3 fotos para verificar la entrega de cada paquete es excesivo; en Florida, la humedad y los cambios de temperatura entre el aire acondicionado del auto y el exterior empañan continuamente la cámara y pantalla del teléfono, ralentizando todo el trabajo. Finalmente, el centro de ayuda no ofrece soluciones efectivas cuando surgen inconvenientes en el camino.

I have been trying for three weeks to get this app to work.  The day I was going to start, it stopped working. Every support ticket gives the same results. No offer of helping.

The two routes I did was bs it’s waaaaaaaaaaaaaaay too many stops in this 100+ degree weather they don’t offer a bottle of water cup of ice nothing and they start sooooo late like start at 3/4am maybe 5/6am but 10:30 when lunch traffic start or 2:30/4:30 when traffic is horrible like no consideration for us full time delivery drivers 60-85 stops in our own vehicles are too much DFW have two facilities the one I got too so I can be in my area is 40 minutes out the other facility is 30 minutes but it’s taking me farther out which I will be a hour or more from home that’s too much driving for $126 please change the starting time or give out more money but I rather you give out no more then 65 stops

Cannot get routes back. Now that I’ve sent in my New insurance verification all it has is a little guy on there that says I have to upload new documents. I’ve done that and now all there is a little man standing you’re saying I need to upload my documents. I can’t get to route. I can’t get to my account. I can’t get to anything and customer service services. No help.
